ClickQueue provides queue management software for automotive service centers. By using our Service, you agree to these terms.

2. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive service-related text messages including queue updates, service notifications, and appointment reminders. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information.

4. Subscription and Billing

Service center subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. A one-time setup and integration fee applies to all new accounts. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Data Collection

We collect personal information (name, phone, email, vehicle details) to provide queue management services. This data is shared only with the service center you are visiting. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Camera Feeds

Where available, live camera feeds of service bays are provided via secure, time-limited access tokens. Feeds are only accessible to the vehicle owner during active service and expire automatically upon job completion.

7. Limitation of Liability

ClickQueue is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for service center operations, wait time accuracy, or vehicle service outcomes. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Active subscribers will be notified of material changes via email.
